What You'll Do6
- 1Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to identify pediatric therapy needs (SLP only)
- 2Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical judgment and physician orders (SLP only)
- 3Provide in-home therapy for diverse diagnoses while engaging families with regular updates
- 4Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans
- 5Maintain detailed documentation reflecting care provided and communicate changes to healthcare teams
- 6Participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress and refine strategies
Requirements5
- 1Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech Pathology Assistant license
- 2Current BLS CPR license
- 3Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance
- 4Pediatric experience preferred
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
