What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare transactions for deposit by completing routine duties in a production environment
- 2Use computer-based software specific to payment processing operations
- 3Manually extract payments from envelopes sort and organize checks and invoices for deposit
- 4Accurately input payment amounts into software applications using a PC
- 5Follow account-specific instructions to ensure accurate deposit preparation
- 6Collect and prepare check copies for re-association and physically match check copies with invoices and envelopes
- 7Sort completed batches for outgoing mail to return to the client
- 8Meet established department standards for quality and productivity
- 9Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 10Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Basic computer skills and strong organizational skills
- 3Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs frequently
- 4Experience in banking operations preferred
- 510-key or data entry skills
