What You'll Do11
- 1Greet patients and manage front office tasks
- 2Check patients in and sanitize rooms
- 3Answer phone calls and route patients to appropriate teams
- 4Register new patients into laboratory EMR
- 5Schedule appointments and process consents
- 6Take payments and collaborate with Ovation Billing
- 7Process and fax lab reports to referring physicians
- 8Enter data into EMR and act as liaison between lab staff and medical teams
- 9Assist with administrative projects and specimen transfers
- 10Support lab staff with administrative duties
- 11Perform all other assigned duties
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma required
- 22+ years administrative experience
- 3Medical office experience preferred
- 4Knowledge of medical software and terminology
- 5HIPAA regulations knowledge preferred
- 6Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 7Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- 8Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- 9Proficiency with billing systems
- 10Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork
