What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease
- 2Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data
- 3Set up and maintain dialysis equipment to ensure proper function
- 4Educate patients on treatment procedures and kidney health
- 5Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, and social workers to coordinate patient care
- 6Respond promptly to patient needs and alert RNs to changes in condition
- 7Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- 8Float between local clinics as needed to ensure coverage
Requirements5
- 1Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2Comfortable working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
- 3Physically able to stand for long shifts
- 4Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 5Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
