What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as the initial contact for patients, triaging inquiries and providing immediate support.
- 2Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up consultations to ensure continuity of care.

- 4Build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to expand patient access.
- 5Document all interactions in electronic health records, maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- 6Collaborate with internal teams to refine patient care workflows and service delivery.
- 7Run outreach campaigns to inform potential patients about our monitoring services.
- 8Stay current on industry trends and adjust practices to improve patient experience.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in patient care, healthcare liaison, or clinical support roles.
- 2Strong verbal and written communication skills to build trust with patients and providers.
- 3Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA privacy standards.
- 4Proficiency with electronic health records and patient management systems.
- 5Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- 6Compassionate approach with a demonstrated commitment to patient welfare.
- 7Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
- 8Relevant certifications such as Certified Medical Assistant or Patient Advocacy are a plus.
