Patient Care Coordinator Hearing Ambassador

Lead hearing health initiatives and support licensed dispensers to achieve operational goals. This role drives member engagement and promotes non-hearing aid products. Expect a 50% increase in product sales while operating primarily within hearing aid centers.
What You'll Do10
- 1Set up full test and full boat purchase processes for members
- 2Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospects and existing customers
- 3Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily
- 4Promote non-hearing aid products to members without hearing loss
- 5Use handheld screener as an intercepting tool per state regulations
- 6Assist in scheduling return visits for previously tested members
- 7Promote HAC during Sam's Club events and other marketing activities
- 8Work primarily at hearing aid clubs spending 95% of time on-site
- 9Intercept and handle customer interactions independently
- 10Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Strong customer service and sales experience
- 3Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- 4Experience with PC hardware and software
- 5Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 6Organizational abilities and problem-solving capabilities
- 7Previous experience managing patient or customer appointments
- 8Ability to work in fast-paced environments
