You’ll set up themed party rooms, coordinate activities, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience. What You'll Do10
- 1Build festive party rooms with supplies and decorations to create a welcoming atmosphere
- 2Escort party groups to their space and explain the itinerary to parents or guardians
- 3Keep children engaged with activities while guests arrive and transitions between events occur
- 4Design personalized experiences with themed details and special requests
- 5Coordinate timely food, drinks, and cake service to align with the schedule
- 6Maintain a clean, organized environment throughout the celebration
- 7Engage with guests of all ages to sustain a lively, friendly vibe
- 8Drive the party timeline and manage transitions between activities
- 9Assist guests with gathering belongings and post-event wrap-up
- 10Reset and sanitize party rooms for the next celebration and restock supplies
Requirements6
- 1Must be at least 16 years old
- 2Ability to stand and be active for 4-10 hours per shift
- 3Experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
- 4Flexible availability, especially on weekends and holidays
- 5Comfortable working with kids and guests of all ages
- 6Basic knowledge of POS systems is helpful but not required
