Overview
You will own the party floor at Inflatable Wonderland, keeping 10-20 birthday parties running on schedule. You'll set up rooms, guide guests, and ring up sales at the register. Your team includes a floor manager and 3-5 hosts who bounce between stations. This role shines if you bring high energy and a knack for turning kid chaos into controlled fun.
What You'll Do9
- 1Set up and break down party rooms, arranging tables, chairs, and decorations for each booked slot
- 2Guide guests to their reserved party area and confirm all ordered items arrive on time
- 3Deliver pizza and ice cream to kids and guests, keeping food stations stocked and clean
- 4Lead birthday activities like parachute games, air bubbles, mascot appearances, and singing Happy Birthday
- 5Process sales transactions and accept payments using the POS system
- 6Answer questions about Inflatable Wonderland packages, pricing, and safety rules
- 7Handle customer complaints with a calm, solution-first approach
- 8Maintain a spotless party area and store floor, sweeping and wiping down surfaces between parties
- 9Work with the team to hit daily store sales goals through upselling add-ons and party extras
Requirements8
- 11+ years working with children in a party, daycare, or recreation setting
- 2High energy and clear communication with kids, parents, and vendors
- 3Cash handling and basic math skills for register transactions
- 4Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly across the venue
- 5Weekend and holiday availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- 6Willingness to undergo a drug test as part of the hiring process
- 7Customer service track record, handling questions and complaints with a smile
- 8Ability to work in Cedar Park, TX in person
