Parts Fulfillment Coordinator, Aero Products & Services
Overview
You own the daily tracking of part availability and order status for global overhaul shops and customers, using Oracle to maintain accuracy. You coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes. You bring 2+ years of materials or fulfillment experience in a cross-functional environment. This role offers direct exposure to supply chain operations in a joint venture of GE Vernova and Baker Hughes.
What You'll Do8
- 1Track part availability daily and communicate status updates to overhaul shops and customers.
- 2Resolve part-related issues by escalating to appropriate teams within Oracle.
- 3Update part order statuses in Oracle and maintain dashboards with location and delivery timelines.
- 4Identify process gaps and propose improvements in order management and material handling.
- 5Support developing standard operating procedures for order management.
- 6Perform data entry and reporting on inventory, readiness, and execution.
- 7Analyze data to prioritize part allocation and support decision-making.
- 8Drive initiatives that improve visibility and communication across the fulfillment process.
Requirements5
- 12+ years of parts fulfillment or materials experience with cross-functional exposure, OR high school diploma with 5+ years experience.
- 2Working knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar systems.
- 3Experience with aeroderivative products or similar technical environment.
- 4Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- 5Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
