
Partner Technical Advisor, Microsoft Advertising Support
Overview
As a Partner Technical Advisor, you own support quality and coaching for Microsoft Advertising delivery partners. You work onsite in Seattle, driving performance improvements across contact-center operations. Your team collaborates with partner sites to align on support standards and use AI and Copilot tools to elevate case handling. This role stands out for its hands-on focus on partner enablement and measurable quality outcomes.
What You'll Do6
- 1Run quality coaching sessions with Delivery Partner sites to improve Microsoft Advertising support outcomes.
- 2Conduct case reviews with partner agents, identifying gaps in search advertising troubleshooting.
- 3Drive performance improvement plans based on contact-center metrics and quality scoring.
- 4Deploy AI and Copilot tools to assist agents and reduce resolution time.
- 5Lead weekly calibration calls to align partner teams on Microsoft Advertising policy and best practices.
- 6Own reporting on support quality trends and present insights to partner leadership.
Requirements5
- 12-4 years in customer support, advertising support, or contact-center operations with a focus on support delivery and performance improvement.
- 22-4 years hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Advertising, search advertising, or another online advertising platform.
- 32-4 years hands-on experience with AI, Copilot tools, agent-assist, or similar platforms.
- 4Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data and drive coaching decisions.
- 5Excellent communication skills for partner-facing interactions and training.
