Overview
The role involves co-building AI agents with APO engineering to automate partner-program processes and driving customer success through end-to-end AI use case engagements. You will own workstreams, make architecture decisions, and define paths forward when faced with ambiguity.
What You'll Do13
- 1Co-build AI agents with APO engineering
- 2Work with engineering teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents for automation tasks
- 3Architect externalization pipelines moving agents from proof-of-concept into Partner Central
- 4Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and MCP servers
- 5Integrate agents with Partner Central platform APIs and federation layers
- 6Improve agent accuracy via prompt engineering RAG and evaluation passes
- 7Contribute infrastructure-as-code patterns and reusable agent templates
- 8Co-build with partners on prioritized AI use cases and lead PoC engagements through executive readouts
- 9Design solution architectures and build-specs for agentic AI workloads
- 10Build working code and run evaluation passes to validate quality before delivery
- 11Deliver agentic AI workshops for partner engineering teams
- 12Create reusable assets that scale to many partners
- 13Drive customer outcomes through partner-attached AI workloads

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified certification
- 33-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5AWS Certified
- 64+ years of specific technology domain areas
- 74+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
- 8Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- 9Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective

$131 - $195k per year
