Mission-driven Partner Marketing Administrator builds awareness of health plans supporting DaVita’s value-based care program through direct local engagement with kidney care patients. Spend time in dialysis clinics engaging patients and caregivers while collaborating with care teams and local leadership to understand how care management supports patient communities. Requires Arizona Life and Health Insurance License.
What You'll Do11
- 1Represent value-based care program’s affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics and surrounding community to raise awareness and support informed coverage decisions
- 2Build strong relationships with in-clinic staff to facilitate coordinated compliant marketing efforts
- 3Develop understanding of plan benefits eligibility and care management roles
- 4Partner with brokers to support enrollment of interested patients
- 5Communicate plan information ethically and in compliance with CMS guidelines
- 6Identify barriers to engagement and provide insights for improving local marketing approach
- 7Track engagement and field activity metrics for performance evaluation
- 8Represent plan at community events and engage members for retention
- 9Travel to clinic locations at least four days per week
- 10Occasionally work Saturdays and evening events
- 11Drive personal automobile for travel between clinics
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Active Arizona Life and Health Insurance License
- 3Medicare Advantage marketing experience
- 42–4 years healthcare marketing insurance sales grassroots outreach community engagement
- 5Proven relationship builder with communication skills
- 6Comfortable working independently in field-based role
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- 8Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 9Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
