- 6Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash transactions, and visual merchandising.
- 7Encourage customers to share their Claire's hauls on social media to generate organic buzz.
- 8Support store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements9
- 11+ year of retail experience with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
- 2Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
- 3Proficiency in operating a POS system for transactions and sales reporting.
- 4Completed some high school education and at least 1 year of retail management experience.
- 5Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver 25-75 lbs, and bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach extensively.
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interactions.
- 7Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory tracking, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- 8Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently when required.
- 9Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with social media trends to drive sales.
