Requirements11
- 1Minimum 1 year retail management experience with proven sales leadership
- 2Certification in Pierceing Services or willingness to complete training
- 3Strong communication and selling skills with ability to exceed targets
- 4High school diploma or equivalent with additional relevant experience
- 5Physical ability to stand, lift 11-35kg, reach high shelves, and climb ladders
- 6Proficiency with POS systems and basic mathematics for inventory and sales tasks
- 7Self-motivated and organized with ability to work independently
- 8Passion for fashion and staying updated with current trends
- 9Experience working in independent retail environments
- 10Ability to lift and move merchandise safely
