Overview
We seek a qualified part time sales associate to deliver a caring genuine experience and embody our customer care program. This role drives retail sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and exemplifies excellence in every customer interaction.
What You'll Do11
- 1Infuse our Customer CARE program into store culture by connecting with customers and building relationships
- 2Meet Crown Rewards enrollment goals consistently
- 3Ensure register accuracy and apply basic mathematical skills
- 4Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions
- 5Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise
- 6Maintain and restock displays as directed by management
- 7Perform additional duties as assigned
- 8Be a part of our team and inspire meaningful relationships
- 9Celebrate others and take pride in work
- 10Stand/walk frequently and lift up to 40 pounds
- 11Climb ladders and perform occasional bending stooping crawling reaching or kneeling
Requirements7
- 1Must be 16 years of age or older
- 2Flexible schedule availability including evenings holidays weekends
- 3Strong aptitude for basic math including percentages and arithmetic
- 4Ability to continuously stand walk push pull bend stoop crawl kneel or kneel
- 5Willingness to climb ladders and carry up to 40 pounds
- 6Commitment to exemplifying excellence in customer service
- 7Passion for creating emotional connections through retail experiences
