What You'll Do9
- 1Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for diverse patient populations
- 2Collect specimens for drug screening paternity alcohol testing
- 3Enter patient data accurately and manage billing information
- 4Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis and preserve chain of custody
- 5Document patient and specimen information in compliance with regulations
- 6Provide empathetic patient interaction and follow up
- 7Adhere to strict safety protocols during specimen handling
- 8Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely processing

Requirements8
- 1Valid Washington State phlebotomy license or approved license application
- 2Minimum 3 months hands-on phlebotomy experience
- 3Proven ability to pass color blindness screening
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 6Flexibility for overtime and occasional weekend shifts
- 7Commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy
