Overview
Design and deliver individualized occupational therapy services in a sensory gym environment. Own and scale therapeutic programs for children with diverse sensory and developmental needs. Foster growth through engaging, hands-on interventions that promote motor and sensory development.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and execute therapeutic plans using Python and React frameworks
- 2Lead sensory-motor interventions leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure
- 3Collaborate with families and therapists to create personalized care strategies
- 4Maintain a safe and stimulating environment using Spark and Airflow
- 5Document progress and adjust treatment approaches based on measurable outcomes
- 6Scale successful programs across multiple locations using Kubernetes
- 7Drive engagement through innovative therapeutic activities grounded in CPC Card methodologies
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in occupational therapy with sensory populations
- 2Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 3Current OT license in New York State required
- 4Proven ability to adapt therapeutic techniques using React and Kubernetes
- 5Strong understanding of Spark and Airflow for data-driven decision making
- 6Demonstrated success in scaling interventions through Python automation
- 7Certification in BCBA or equivalent behavioral analysis expertise
- 8Experience with WMS and Tableau for progress tracking
Salary Insight
$187 - $208k per year
