The Marketing Manager, B2B SaaS & Demand Generation role owns student outcomes at scale across Chicago schools. This position drives demand generation initiatives leveraging Python and AWS to deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build scalable assessment frameworks using Spark and Airflow
- 2Design individualized therapy programs aligned with IEPs
- 3Lead group therapy sessions promoting sensory integration
- 4Collaborate with educators to implement evidence-based interventions
- 5Document progress reports meeting regulatory standards
- 6Train staff on adaptive equipment and functional skill development
- 7Facilitate social skills groups targeting peer interaction
- 8Partner with families to extend therapeutic support beyond school
- 9Analyze student data to identify trends and program adjustments
- 10Maintain confidential records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- 11Contribute to school-wide initiatives improving student engagement
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with autism spectrum disorders and related conditions
- 2Master's degree preferred with CPC Card certification
- 3Current Illinois license for Occupational Therapist (IDFPR)
- 4Proven track record working with children ages 3-22
- 5Ability to operate Kubernetes clusters for data processing
- 6Strong knowledge of React for therapeutic platform development
- 7Experience with BCBA credential valued for behavioral analysis
- 8Demonstrated success in crisis management and de-escalation techniques
- 9Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure for educational applications
- 10Certification in Python for data analytics and automation
- 11Commitment to inclusive practices supporting diverse learner needs
