What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient physiology psychology development sociocultural spiritual and lifestyle factors
- 2Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care
- 3Administer medications and treatments safely following physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions
- 4Educate patients and families about health conditions treatments and self-care strategies
- 5Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of patient information care activities interventions and outcomes
- 7Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Requirements5
- 1Associates of Nursing degree required Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Basic Life Support CPR Cert and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Cert
- 4Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Windows programs
- 5Strong verbal and oral communication skills and problem solving abilities
