Overview
We seek a dynamic therapist to equip clients with knowledge skills support and emotional growth for long term recovery at HCBTS. This part time role offers unique opportunities in Bellevue WA Newport Beach CA and Cincinnati OH.
What You'll Do9
- 1Provide psychotherapy services to clients across the continuum of care
- 2Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- 3Collaborate with the clinical team
- 4Lead and facilitate therapeutic treatment interventions
- 5Create individualized treatment plans alongside clients
- 6Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and company policies
- 7Develop individualized discharge and aftercare planning with clients
- 8Respond appropriately to clients experiencing a crisis
- 9Facilitate group therapy sessions
Requirements10
- 1Licensed as LMHC LICSW LASW LMFT or Psychologist
- 2Provide individualized counseling and group facilitation
- 3Strong commitment to serving clients with chemical dependency
- 4Understanding of the disease model of addiction
- 5Fully licensed mental health clinician in WA
- 6SUDP certification
- 72+ years dual diagnosis experience
- 84+ years behavioral healthcare experience
- 9Proven crisis management skills
- 10Current CPR First Aid certification
Salary Insight
$60 - $64k per year
