Part-Time IHS and Home Making Specialist
Overview
You will split your week between two roles: 6 hours as an IHS caregiver delivering individualized home support, and 6 hours as a home making specialist ensuring quality in daily tasks. You will join a small care team in Minneapolis, working onsite with flexible yet consistent scheduling. What You'll Do8
- 1Assist clients with IHS support tasks, following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation per IHS guidelines.
- 2Provide attentive care, monitoring client needs and reporting any changes to the supervising team.
- 3Perform home making tasks, such as cleaning, organizing, or meal prep, to align with company standards.
- 4Follow detailed instructions for each making task and apply quality control checks before completion.
- 5Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and care targets.
- 6Adapt to flexible scheduling, ensuring consistent coverage for both IHS and making shifts.
- 7Document daily activities and outcomes for both IHS and making duties.
- 8Communicate any issues or supply needs to the coordinator promptly.
Requirements6
- 16 months experience in caregiving, homemaking, or a related role, though not required if you show strong willingness to learn.
- 2Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- 3Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- 4Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
- 5Reliable transportation to client homes in the Minneapolis area.
- 6Willingness to complete comprehensive IHS and making training provided by the company.
