Overview
Simple Bloom seeks a dependable, hardworking, and efficient Part-Time Flower Farm & Bouquet Assistant to harvest and prepare locally grown flowers for farmers markets. Work Monday Friday and Saturday mornings starting at 8:00 AM for up to 6 hours daily. Pay range up to $24.00 per hour based on qualifications and performance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Harvest fresh flowers from the field
- 2Clean, sort, bunch, and prepare harvested flowers
- 3Assist with arranging flowers into bouquets
- 4Prepare and organize flowers for farmers markets
- 5Handle flowers carefully to maintain quality
- 6Keep flower preparation and work areas clean and organized
- 7Help with weeding when harvesting and bouquet work is completed early
- 8Assist with general farm cleanup
- 9Help with other farm duties as needed

- 9Previous farm, floral, harvesting, or bouquet-arranging experience is preferred but not required
