What You'll Do11
- 1Own your route to guarantee correct addresses and time windows
- 2Use an iPad or cell phone to document completed deliveries
- 3Maintain safe and efficient driving in a refrigerated van
- 4Communicate delivery status to our team promptly
- 5Assist with minor van or fridge repairs when needed
- 6Follow established delivery protocols for quality assurance
- 7Lift and handle packages weighing at least 50 pounds
- 8Demonstrate friendliness and professionalism when interacting with customers
- 9Organize personal documents and badges for each shift
- 10Collaborate with teammates to solve logistical challenges
- 11Adapt to varying schedules while meeting performance metrics
Requirements10
- 1Valid non‑CDL license with proof of eligibility
- 2Experience delivering food or medical supplies
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 4Valid ID and work authorization documents
- 5Clean driving record and valid insurance
- 6Strong communication and customer service skills
- 7Familiarity with GPS navigation systems
