What You'll Do11
- 1Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email
- 2Answer occasional inbound phone calls and provide exceptional service
- 3Resolve customer concerns order issues shipping inquiries and product questions
- 4Partner with the Fulfillment team to prioritize rush orders and address order related problems
- 5Investigate shipping delays damaged packages and order discrepancies using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- 6Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
- 7Utilize computer applications to track orders and customer requests
- 8Meet established response time expectations while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- 9Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- 10Develop strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail
- 11Multitask prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Gorgias or Zendesk
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications
- 4Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- 5Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
