Part Time Customer Service, Dry Cleaning

You will own the customer experience at a busy dry cleaning store, handling 5+ orders per day with a smile. You will work Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, supporting a small family-owned team. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet and assist customers in-store, making them feel valued and respected.
- 2Mark in and detail customer orders using our POS system, ensuring accuracy.
- 3Contact customers by phone and email to confirm order status or resolve issues.
- 4Process wash, dry, and fold laundry, preparing it for customer pickup.
- 5Communicate daily with production staff to catch and resolve any missing details.
- 6Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve them on the spot.
- 7Maintain a clean and organized front counter and waiting area.
- 8Assist with inventory of supplies and alert the manager when low.
Requirements8
- 1No experience necessary; we provide training for all duties.
- 2Demonstrate typing skills and computer competence, including basic Microsoft Office.
- 3Show spelling and math competence for order entry and cash handling.
- 4Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 5Be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- 6Present a professional image and interact positively with customers.
- 7Take ownership of problems and work toward solutions independently.
