Chaplain leading employee ministry and client outreach delivering compassionate support across diverse settings. Serves as frontline staff fulfilling MCHAP mission through personal interaction and spiritual guidance.
What You'll Do12
- 1Serve as messenger and conveyor of faith mission and purpose
- 2Interact with companies employees and communities demonstrating character through personal and spiritual disciplines
- 3Make brief weekly site visits to build trust and friendship with employees
- 4Visit employees or immediate family members wherever care can be expressed providing confidential pastoral discussions
- 5Assist in planning conducting or attending funerals for employees and families
- 6Make jail visits to employees and families
- 7Work with companies to serve death notifications and encourage impacted individuals
- 8Provide post-termination care for laid-off employees to ensure smooth transitions
- 9Facilitate spiritual enrichment activities as employee-sponsored initiatives
- 10Represent companies to clients where ministry services are appropriate
- 11Participate in new employee orientation explaining Employee Care Service
- 12Respond positively to executive leadership requests within agreement scope

- 8Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with leadership colleagues employees and families
- 9Emotional stability to handle human suffering emergencies and stresses
