What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas

- 3Participate in life skills and enrichment activities
- 4Assist with activities of daily living as instructed

- 6Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors
- 7Ensure medication reminders are administered accurately
- 8Document observations and incidents promptly
- 9Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident goals
- 10Support family communication regarding resident wellbeing
- 11Uphold confidentiality and professional standards
Requirements11
- 1Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
- 2High School diploma or GED required
- 3Minimum one year experience in assisted living
- 4Ability to communicate effectively with residents staff and families
- 5Strong customer service skills
- 6Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently
- 7Demonstrated judgment problem solving and decision making abilities
- 8Physical ability to lift up to twenty pounds
- 9Valid driver's license
- 10Background check clearance
