What You'll Do12
- 1Initiate interaction with customers on the sales floor and sales counter
- 2Prepare and decorate bread rolls muffins pies cakes cookies and other pastries according to recipes
- 3Adjust oven drafts and temperature controls to ensure proper baking results
- 4Remove baked goods from ovens and place them on cooling racks
- 5Obtain or prepare food items requested by customers at the counter
- 6Bake fry broil and roast poultry pork beef and other meats according to standards
- 7Prepare weight price date wrap and package products following company guidelines
- 8Communicate in English with customers and associates regarding sales promotions and product availability
- 9Answer phones using the specified greeting and provide information professionally
- 10Stock shelves and block products to maximize sales while minimizing shrink
- 11Clean and sanitize prep rooms coolers and food contact surfaces regularly
- 12Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory management processes
Requirements6
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3Ability to read and understand simple instructions memos and correspondence
- 4Strong mathematical skills for handling monetary transactions and measurements
