What You'll Do11
- 1Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations
- 2Prepare, enter, and review journal entries for month-end close
- 3Assist with internal and external stakeholder reporting and reconciliation
- 4Maintain GAAP-compliant records for cash sales and use tax payroll and accruals
- 5Support annual and interim audits through schedule preparation and documentation
- 6Ensure policy adherence and suggest procedure improvements
- 7Recommend process enhancements to boost accuracy efficiency and internal controls
- 8Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- 9Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 10Learn new ERP tools and adapt quickly to changing systems
- 11Contribute to a positive workplace culture focused on empowerment
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 years progressive accounting experience
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 4Strong understanding of GAAP
- 5Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems
- 6Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- 7Self-motivated independent worker with minimal supervision
- 8Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- 9Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- 10Manufacturing experience and sales & use tax return preparation preferred
