What You'll Do6
- 1Assess student abilities and provide instructional assistance through 1:1 or group workshops as directed by the classroom teacher and designated instructional leader
- 2Commit to educating the whole student academically morally and socially
- 3Implement result-driven curriculum to achieve significant growth from fall to spring testing
- 4Attend professional development and articulation meetings with classroom teachers and parents as required
- 5Collaborate with colleagues to serve students effectively
- 6Navigate technical systems to support instructional delivery
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading educational initiatives
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 4State certification as a Title 1 paraprofessional
- 5Previous experience working in a school or with school age children
- 6Knowledge of and ability to assist in teaching reading writing and/or mathematics
- 7Understanding of and capability to navigate technical systems
