What You'll Do7
- 1Assist customers with selecting paints stains primers and specialty coatings
- 2Mix and tint paint using computerized color matching equipment
- 3Recommend brushes rollers tape caulk and other painting supplies
- 4Explain product features coverage application methods and drying times
- 5Keep paint department clean organized and fully stocked
- 6Build attractive merchandise displays and assist with inventory
- 7Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving department sales goals
Requirements5
- 1Previous retail or paint experience preferred
- 2Strong customer service and communication skills
- 3Basic computer and math skills
