PSE Group seeks a Counter Associate to join our Baltimore team. This role offers weekends off weekday schedule 8am-5pm competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
What You'll Do10
- 1Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders and answering inquiries
- 2Serve in-store customers and mix paint for customer orders
- 3Reconcile inventory and stock merchandise while maintaining cleanliness
- 4Prepare paint orders using standard and custom formulas
- 5Maintain Color Room records and manage inventory transfers
- 6Assist with inside customer service and process orders professionally
- 7Dispose of waste materials following regulations
- 8Drive sales initiatives and support outside teams
- 9Answer phone calls and maintain professional customer interactions
- 10Uphold safety standards and paint odor tolerances
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 21+ year customer service or counter sales experience preferred
- 3Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 4Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 5Tolerance for paint smells
- 6Drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report acceptance
