Overview
Packer role focused on picking, packing and preparing baby products for shipment in a large warehouse. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and pick orders using pick sheets with high accuracy to meet daily goals
- 2Pack items neatly into boxes and seal shipments securely
- 3Double-check item numbers and quantities before packing
- 4Label boxes correctly and prepare them for shipping
- 5Verify orders prior to shipping and maintain inventory by reporting low stock
- 6Support shipping and receiving tasks and collaborate with teammates
- 7Contribute to a clean organized warehouse to improve efficiency
- 8Assist with cycle counts and replenishment to sustain stock visibility
- 9Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the team lead
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- 3Experience with order picking and packing in a warehouse setting preferred
- 4Attention to detail and accuracy in item verification
- 5Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends as needed
