Overnight Task Team Associate - Bass Pro Shops Atlanta
Overview
You will own overnight merchandising and inventory operations for the Atlanta store campus, reducing non-selling tasks for sales teams. You will run System Two and RF/Gizmo devices for price changes, Planogram execution, and OMNI fulfillment. Working with the Inventory Control and Visual Merchandising teams, you will ensure shelves are stocked, displays are reset, and signage is current. This role is distinct for its dedicated overnight hours and hands-on impact on store presentation and customer experience.
What You'll Do8
- 1Replenish stock across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine, Apparel, Footwear, and Gifts using RF/Gizmo devices to scan and restock low-inventory items.
- 2Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage updates, and inventory adjustment reviews within System Two.
- 3Complete on-demand counts and empty peg scanning to support the Inventory Control team in daily stock accuracy.
- 4Recover departments by folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise to maintain store standards.
- 5Support visual merchandising directives, including fixture replacements, end cap updates, floor moves, and mannequin dressing.
- 6Implement planogram resets across hardlines departments, adjusting shelving and product placement per corporate schematics.
- 7Prepare merchandise for ads and execute store resets for assigned departments during peak business periods.
- 8Assist OMNI fulfillment during high-volume seasons by picking and packing online orders overnight.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 22+ years of retail or merchandising experience.
- 3Ability to operate System Two and RF/Gizmo devices for inventory and pricing tasks.
- 4Skill in reading and setting planograms and visual merchandising directives.
- 5Capacity to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory independently.
- 6Clear communication with retail floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and stock levels.
- 7Availability to work overnight shifts consistently.
- 8Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
