Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 32‑4 years leadership experience
- 4Ability to perform nightly audit functions
- 5Strong knowledge of hotel operations and PMS like Opera and SynXis
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7Physical stamina to stand or walk eight hours
- 8Observation and quick response under pressure
- 9Ability to lift 20lbs+ and perform physical tasks
- 10Familiarity with equal employment laws and safety regulations
- 11Professional appearance and grooming standards
