What You'll Do11
- 1Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
- 2Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- 3Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
- 4Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- 5Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- 6Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- 7Obtain required insurance licenses independently
- 8Collaborate with a team-oriented and coachable group
- 9Maintain strong phone presence and clear communication
- 10Demonstrate self-motivation and consistent outreach
- 11Earn performance-based commission alongside base salary
