What You'll Do7
- 1Provide comprehensive OT evaluations and evidence-based treatments to elementary-aged students
- 2Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student’s needs
- 3Consult with teachers and staff to modify classroom environments and instructional strategies
- 4Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal student outcomes
- 5Manage documentation progress reports and communication in accordance with district and state regulations
- 6Engage families and caregivers to support skill development at home
- 7Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in school-based OT settings
- 3Michigan Occupational Therapy license
- 4Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students staff and families
- 5Passion for helping children achieve developmental and educational goals
