What You'll Do5
- 1Provide comprehensive patient care management within a collaborative practice model for children of all ages under physician supervision.
- 2Perform comprehensive histories and physical exams while identifying abnormal findings across physical cognitive and psychosocial domains.
- 3Order interpret lab and diagnostic tests and develop both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatment plans.
- 4Educate patients families and students serving as a resource for medical information.
- 5Facilitate referrals to external providers and coordinate care seamlessly.
Requirements5
- 1Currently employed at Children's or possess an active badge/network access stop application.
- 22 years pediatric healthcare experience preferred with advanced degrees in nursing or medical science education.
- 3Doctorate in Nursing Practice or Master's/Doctorate in Medical Science Education with certification from ANCC AANP PNCB NCCPA.
- 4Registered Nurse license in Georgia via Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or Physician Assistant license in Georgia.
- 5Basic Life Support certification upon hire and Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 days for eligible practitioners.
