Oracle PaaS Lead Developer, Automotive Manufacturing
Overview
You will own the design and delivery of Oracle PaaS solutions for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer, focusing on Automotive Labels, Kanban, and Pick-Pack-Ship integration. You will architect and implement cloud-based workflows that streamline plant floor operations. This role offers hybrid work with occasional travel to customer sites, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and build Oracle PaaS integrations for Automotive Labels, Kanban, and Pick-Pack-Ship processes.
- 2Lead the technical design of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workflows and custom APIs.
- 3Drive the migration of legacy on-premise systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- 4Debug and tune Oracle Database queries and PL/SQL procedures to meet performance targets.
- 5Coordinate with plant IT and business stakeholders to define integration requirements.
- 6Ship end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering to production deployment within the first 90 days.
- 7Deliver documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for plant technical teams.
Requirements7
- 15+ years developing with Oracle PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- 23+ years working on Oracle Database with strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- 3Proven experience integrating Oracle ERP and SCM modules using REST and SOAP APIs.
- 4Experience with Automotive Kanban and Pick-Pack-Ship processes is required.
- 5Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle VBCS.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7Willingness to travel on occasion to customer sites or plants.
