Oracle HCM QA Testing Lead, HCM Implementation
Overview
This role owns the test strategy for an Oracle HCM implementation program. You will lead testing across CRP, SIT, UAT, payroll, security, and data conversion. Oversee a team of QA analysts and coordinate with business stakeholders in Overland Park. The role drives quality across all phases to ensure a seamless go-live.
What You'll Do8
- 1Define the test strategy for Oracle HCM modules across CRP, SIT, UAT, payroll, security, and data conversion.
- 2Lead test planning, execution, and defect triage for SIT and UAT cycles.
- 3Coordinate with business process owners to validate payroll and security scenarios.
- 4Own end-to-end business process testing, from data conversion to go-live.
- 5Track test metrics and report progress to program leadership.
- 6Mentor junior QA analysts on Oracle HCM testing best practices.
- 7Facilitate test scenario reviews with functional and technical teams.
- 8Drive defect resolution through root cause analysis and retesting.
Requirements6
- 112+ years leading SIT and UAT for Oracle HCM implementations.
- 2Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- 3Proven track record defining test strategies for data conversion and security testing.
- 4Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM or JIRA.
- 5Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and defect analysis.
- 6Excellent communication skills to coordinate with business and technical teams.
