What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations workstream from strategy through deployment aligning with business functional and technical requirements
- 2Act as senior client-facing advisor facilitating design discussions resolving complex integration challenges and communicating delivery status risks and decisions
- 3Direct inbound and outbound integrations including middleware coordination interface architecture data mapping error handling security considerations and end-to-end validation
- 4Manage cross-functional technical teams delegating responsibilities coordinating delivery across locations and maintaining accountability for high-quality outcomes
- 5Establish integration quality and testing approaches oversee system and integration testing manage defect resolution support cutover go-live and post-production stabilization
- 6Proactively manage risks dependencies assumptions and delivery issues while driving timely escalation and resolution across client and Deloitte teams
- 7Contribute to Deloitte's Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets delivery improvements knowledge sharing and coaching of practitioners

Salary Insight
$128 - $252k per year
