Overview
You manage Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM across OCI, owning identity, access, service accounts, and data security. You run automations, integrations, and disaster recovery, and support Finance, HR, and Compliance teams. This role pairs deep OCI administration with hands-on Fusion modules, offering direct ownership of critical systems and user support.
What You'll Do9
- 1Administer Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM environments, ensuring uptime and performance.
- 2Manage identity and access, service accounts, and data security across OCI.
- 3Build and maintain automations and integrations using OIC, APEX, and ODI.
- 4Maintain disaster recovery plans and execute failover testing for ATP Databases.
- 5Support Finance, HR, and Compliance teams with daily system issues and enhancements.
- 6Monitor and tune OCI resources, including compute, storage, and networking.
- 7Collaborate with development teams to deploy code using GitHub and Databricks.
- 8Integrate Fivetran data pipelines with Fusion and OCI data stores.
- 9Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve root causes quickly.
Requirements9
- 15+ years managing Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or EPM in production.
- 23+ years hands-on with OCI administration, including IAM, VCNs, and compute.
- 32+ years building integrations with OIC or APEX.
- 4Experience with ODI and ATP Databases.
- 5Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for Oracle databases.
- 61+ years using GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
- 7Working knowledge of Databricks for data processing.
- 8Familiarity with Fivetran connectors and pipeline management.
- 9Experience supporting Finance, HR, and Compliance applications.
