Oracle Fusion ERP & EPM Data Architect
Overview
You will architect and design the financial data warehouse and reporting framework for enterprise-scale ERP and EPM implementations. You'll join a team of data engineers and analysts, driving integration from Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM into SQL Server analytical models. This role stands out for its blend of deep technical architecture and hands-on reporting, requiring expertise in BICC, OTBI, BI Publisher, DAX, and Power BI.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design the end-to-end data architecture for financial reporting, integrating Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM with SQL Server and SSAS Tabular Models.
- 2Build and optimize OTBI reports and BI Publisher layouts to support financial close and consolidation processes.
- 3Develop Power BI dashboards with DAX measures, modeling financial data from multiple sources for executive consumption.
- 4Drive data integration strategies using BICC and ETL pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and low-latency access.
- 5Lead the migration of legacy reporting into the new architecture, delivering a unified view of financial performance.
- 6Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions, validating outcomes through iterative prototyping.
- 7Document data dictionaries, mapping documents, and architectural blueprints to enable team scalability.
Requirements9
- 115-25 years of experience in data architecture and reporting.
- 2Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM with deep functional knowledge.
- 3Hands-on experience with BICC for data extraction and integration.
- 4Strong command of OTBI and BI Publisher for enterprise reporting.
- 5Proven experience with SQL Server and SSAS Tabular Models, including model design and DAX expressions.
- 6Advanced Power BI development skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard performance tuning.
- 7Solid background in financial data warehouse architecture and data integration best practices.
- 8Ability to travel as needed for project workshops and onsite sessions.
- 9Contract role based in the Bay Area, California, with remote work during PST hours.
