Day‑in‑the‑life role owning and improving Oracle Fusion ecosystem and financial processes across the organization. Partner with Accounting Finance Operations Sales and IT to deliver scalable solutions that boost efficiency strengthen controls and support growth.
What You'll Do10
- 1Collaborate with business leaders to understand challenges and lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions
- 2Leverage expertise in financial applications business process optimization workflow automation reporting integrations and system configuration to streamline operations
- 3Act as trusted advisor translating complex needs into practical solutions while maximizing Oracle Fusion capabilities
- 4Lead requirements gathering solution design testing change management training and user adoption efforts
- 5Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Salesforce CPQ and other enterprise applications for seamless data flow
- 6Analyze and clarify business problems set clear goals and document requirements using BRD BR100 gap analysis and functional specs
- 7Map current and future processes identify pain points and recommend improvements within system constraints
- 8Suggest configuration changes enhancements analyze data requirements and assess upstream downstream impacts
- 9Document test cases and scenarios support UAT planning and validate solutions against business requirements
- 10Communicate business impact of changes support user adoption explain rationales prepare guides and train users
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications including Financials GL AR AP FA CM Credit Card Processes and Order Management
- 3Implementation configuration and support for Oracle Fusion including financial month‑ends
- 4Familiarity with AI tools in platforms like Salesforce or Oracle for automation
- 5Strong business analysis requirements gathering and process modeling skills
- 6Proficiency in Jira Excel Visio and PL/SQL
- 74–5 years hands‑on experience with at least three Oracle Fusion applications
- 8Experience leveraging AI for business outcomes
- 9Background in business analysis stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration
- 10Detail‑oriented analytical thinker organized and methodical
- 11Experience with tax engines such as Avalara or Vertex and revenue engines like RevPro or RecVue
