Overview
We seek an Operations Trainer to lead hybrid training initiatives across communities. The role involves developing onboarding programs creating engaging content supporting teams and managing mentorship programs. This position drives continuous improvement through data analysis and policy expertise.
What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver new hire onboarding and ongoing operational training
- 2Create engaging training content for in-person virtual and e-learning platforms
- 3Support community teams with training and operational needs
- 4Oversee and grow our mentorship program
- 5Monitor and support the company LMS
- 6Identify skill gaps and recommend development opportunities
- 7Serve as subject matter expert on company systems policies and procedures
- 8Analyze training results and recommend improvements
- 9Provide operational support to communities when needed
Requirements8
- 1Five years of property management experience
- 2Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- 3Experience training coaching or mentoring others
- 4Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 5Knowledge of property management software learning management systems
- 6Fair Housing law knowledge
- 7Passion for helping others learn and grow
- 8Ability to travel throughout company footprint
