We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Project Manager to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, and hands-on experience in turf care, plans/shrubs, irrigation, and horticulture. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This is a hands on position. Working Hours: In part of this position you will be required to be the first person on site (Approx 5:45AM and last one to leave Approx 3pm). Depending on workload occasional weekend work may also be needed. License and/or Certificate Possession of a valid Class C California State Driver's License is required, with a clean driving background, no prior DWIs, Reckless, etc. Possession of Qualified Applicators License Certification in Category B - Landscape Maintenance or be able to obtain within first 90 days of employment. Able to use Office 365 products, such as outlook, excel, word, etc.
