Overview
NY Operations Specialist II - Motions specialist leading remote workflow in Foreclosure Department. This role owns motion preparation and filing while collaborating with clients courts and vendors. Responsibilities include drafting filings managing case management systems and ensuring timely court updates.
What You'll Do9
- 1Review and compile data for Orders of Reference and motions
- 2Draft and file Orders of Reference and summary judgment motions
- 3Follow up with courts to maintain case momentum
- 4Prepare court pleadings such as Military Affidavits and Notice of Entry
- 5Provide status updates to attorneys and conduct conference calls
- 6Run SCRA and PACER checks as required
- 7Request fee approvals and assist with special projects
- 8Maintain accurate case management systems throughout case lifecycle
- 9Perform quick typing and demonstrate strong technological proficiency
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree minimum 1-2 years foreclosure experience preferred 2+ years
- 2Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- 3Prior experience with New York foreclosure systems
- 4Previous law firm or loan processing background
- 5Ability to type quickly and accurately with proven technology skills
