Overview
The Operations & Sales Manager owns parking operations and drives revenue growth through business development. This role combines strong operational leadership with a strategic sales mindset to support the launch of AM Parking’s next‑generation platform. The ideal candidate has direct parking industry experience and can manage multi‑site operations.
What You'll Do16
- 1Audit data submitted by departments to identify discrepancies requiring resolution
- 2Oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations including valet self‑park monthly and event parking
- 3Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency efficiency and high service standards
- 4Manage on‑site teams staffing levels and performance metrics
- 5Monitor revenue reporting and overall operational performance across assigned assets
- 6Ensure compliance with local regulations safety requirements and company policies
- 7Actively promote and sell AM Parking services and technology solutions to prospective clients such as developers hotels restaurants and commercial properties
- 8Identify develop and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and client accounts
- 9Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners asset managers and hospitality operators
- 10Present and position AM Parking as a modern technology‑forward alternative to traditional parking operators
- 11Assist with structuring service agreements pricing strategies and client proposals
- 12Serve as a key ambassador for the AM Parking platform demonstrating system capabilities and client value
- 13Support onboarding of new properties and ensure smooth implementation of systems and operational processes
- 14Partner with leadership to refine and improve platform functionality based on operational feedback and client needs
- 15Drive adoption of digital tools valet technology and payment processing systems
- 16Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 13–7+ years of direct experience in the parking industry
- 2Proven success in sales business development account management or client relations
- 3Strong knowledge of parking operations including valet garages and mixed‑use environments
- 4Demonstrated ability to pitch services negotiate terms and close business deals
- 5Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent problem‑solving and business‑building capabilities
- 6Excellent communication presentation and relationship‑building skills
- 7Proficiency with parking technology platforms digital payment tools and reporting systems
- 8Bachelor’s degree in business administration hospitality management operations management or related field preferred
- 9Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- 10Ability to work well under pressure respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
