- 1Oversee all operational aspects of the house cleaning business, from scheduling to client onboarding.

- 4Lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring supplies are always stocked and budgeted.
- 5Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including labor laws and safety standards.
- 6Analyze financial data and budgets each month to produce accurate forecasts.
- 7Track key performance indicators such as job completion time, repeat bookings, and team utilization.
- 8Drive efficiency in cleaning routes and crew assignments to minimize travel time and overtime.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of operations management experience, preferably in a service business or cleaning industry.
- 2Strong analytical mind with ability to interpret P&L statements and create budgets.
- 3Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and process improvement.
- 4Proven ability to lead teams and communicate clearly with staff and clients.
- 5Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles.
- 6Experience with scheduling software, CRM, or inventory tools is a plus.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, Monday through Friday.
