What You'll Do11
- 1Schedule and coordinate client requests for corporate dining catering and events
- 2Match temporary employees to assignments based on skill set availability and client preferences
- 3Monitor daily schedules and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage
- 4Respond quickly to call-outs schedule changes and emergency staffing situations
- 5Maintain communication with clients regarding staffing updates and service concerns
- 6Address client and employee complaints professionally and resolve operational issues
- 7Source screen and interview candidates for front-of-house and back-of-house positions
- 8Coordinate onboarding including documentation paperwork and reference verification
- 9Maintain accurate employee records monitor attendance and provide coaching on professionalism
- 10Review timecards and adjust payroll to ensure compliance with labor laws
- 11Identify workflow improvements and collaborate on technology enhancements
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years staffing HR or hospitality experience
- 2Bachelor degree required
- 3Hospitality experience preferred
- 4Fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- 5Ability to work independently and with diverse personalities
- 6Strong verbal written communication skills
- 7Self-motivated and adaptable professional attitude
- 8Experience with ATS scheduling software and Microsoft Office
